Oriental treasure of a new garden

I found this lovely & weird looking flower in a new botanical garden in Kumpula. The garden was opened only last year. Seems like Helsinki is a city of gardens and orchards! The flower's origin is in Earth, it was not brought here by extraterrestrial creatures even if it looks a bit alien. Flower is a japanese peony and thus links perfectly to my post of yesterday.
