...that's the length of time after this photo was taken that this daisy's simple beauty was cruelly destroyed by the lawnmower! Needs must, and our garden was beginning to look like a jungle!

A lovely day, and an early finish for my course meant an afternoon at home in the garden, watching my lovely husband trying to sort it all out! After picking the kids up from nursery, we got out the kiddy picnic table and they had dinner in the fresh air and sunshine. And afterwards a water fight in pants & sandals. What a difference a week makes!

Thank goodness it's the weekend! Let's hope this nice weather continues... We've a barbeque planned for Sunday... Fingers crossed!
