Crown Steeple ?

This is the Memorial Hermann Tower in Houston as viewed from our office in Houston ... on various visits I've seen this one rise up and then suddenly it got this strange crown on top that gets illuminated at night ... certainly makes it stand out ... I sort of find it reminiscent of our traditional Scottish Crown Steeples ... sort of in a 21st century steel, glass & light way ...
