Decided to head back home today rather than face the mad throng of weekend trippers battling to get through Windermere on Saturday morning and blocking all the roads with their 4x4s`

As it was the M6 was horrendous once we got past J33, stop start all the way down to J17 which is where we decided to come off and take the A50 the rest of the way
