Plaza Major

Madrid, the 'half way point'. Having had a pleasant overnight flight with Iberia, now plunged into the European melee, that is travel without flight!

Gave it best at the station, found 7 hotel rooms (for the team, now known as the Costa Rican 7), visited an art gallery, a slap up dinner and icecream in Plaza Major. Tomorrow the taxi arrives to take us to the channel port, tonight we take in an unexpected city on the way home.
