This may take some time

New trainers, from my recent trip to Europe (they would be cripplingly expensive here in Almaty).

I don't like running, but I am going to start running up the stairs to my apartment for some exercise. It isn't too practical to go out on my bike every night, so this will be something to keep my heart rate going :)

Also, shattered with jet-lag and it is chucking it down outside, so had to make do with an indoor shot!
