Hot Stuff!

Today has been and still is gloriously sunny, too hot for me to go out marching so did that early on. Not been such a good day today had another panic attack, they aren't nice but been having them for 10 yrs now so used to them, the attack stopped me going to where i had planned and ended up goin to a nearby park instead, where i got some lovely pics including this one. Now to rest panic attacks take it out me.
