Bents as a nine bob note.....

.......phew, busy but exceptionally fun day;

1. Make-up with Nancy after having a silly argument and sort of making up but not really, last night.
2. Judo with Owen
3. Gullane Bents....posh beach for some sand in my wiches.
4. Groove Tunnel to cut a CD
5. Iron Mills Park for rounders and pizza in the park. Adults v Kids....adults win naturally.
6. Home for a cheeky wee Belgian and check a patch of sun damaged skin missed with the factor 40.

The best bit of all was Nancy got to come with us because she doesn't have to study at weekends until October.
