Mobility Scooter.

Fi and I went to Edinburgh today to meet up with mum and a friend. We spent lots of time vintage and charity shopping in the Stockbridge area, and of course Armstrongs' emporium.

This guy was really tanking along down the road on his mobility scooter. He cut off a car at the junction but didn't care (or see?). Legendary arrogance. It wasn't just once though, we saw him do it twice. Afterwards he pulled up onto the pavement and sparked up a wee rollie to calm his nerves.
