It's got legs

Went out for an impromptu date night - ended up at Nishino for dinner and sat at the sushi bar - had a wonderful meal with 2 of my faves - the super white tuna (must be seared - ask Miko, the sushi chef) and shrimp heads. I have to admit I didn't know what to do with it the first time I ever saw one (but I knew to take a picture of it). It's now a tasty crispy treat that I really enjoy every time we go out for sushi (and must admit that I'm disappointed if a sushi restaurant doesn't have them....).
