View from Pen y Ball
The weather has been gorgeous all day, sunny and warm. I went up to the top of Pen y Ball Hill this evening which is just up the road from where I live. It is a very steep hill and at the top there is a water tower, this shot is taken from there. Very clear view tonight I could see for miles.
In the foreground is the Dee Estuary and the Wirral Peninsula, then the Burbo Offshore wind farm in Liverpool Bay which is at the mouth of the River Mersey. In the far distance is Formby Point.
Very quiet and peaceful up there so I stood a while and admired the wonderful view before going back home.
Finished work for 2 weeks. BLISS
