A Glimmer...

... of hope.

After not a very nice day yesterday (and thanks for all the comments), a much more constructive and slightly more positive day today.

Those of you who know buying/selling houses in Edinburgh will know that Thursday night is viewings night so we rushed to get For Sale signs back up and the flat listed in all the right places.

We end the day with one offer of the right money but the wrong date and one with the right date but the wrong money. However, at least I'm not in a black pit of despair like yesterday and there is a good chance it will all work out.

Actually had 30 minutes to myself to take a stroll and some photos. Can any of you lot guess what this is? Anyone acquainted with Leith should know... although I'm probably posting at the wrong time of day for you lot.
