Growing Pains

Firstly, thanks to all those who had a wee look at my journal yesterday. You're all very nice and it just confirms that this is a very nice place to be.

Somewhere also nice to be was, well, everywhere. Warm and sunny again so got up with the lark (or maybe just after, given that every bird in the neighbourhood was chirruping from 4am), did some work and had the rest of the day to be busy in a more enjoyable way.

After cutting the grass, it was down to my pal's new posh house. We sat sipping tea and wondering how and when we had started to act all grown up, talking about garden centres and curtains and guttering and downstairs toilets and paint testers and bathroom suites and security and garage doors and sheds and .... hang on. That's not being grown up, it's maybe being a bit dull.
