Wet Dog and Bluebells
It's bluebells time.
The North Wood at Ballathie is THE place to go for bluebells. Although I think given the cold winter we've had they're a little later this year. We'll come back in a week or so for some flowery shots.
Following the glorious weather yesterday, we had torrential rain first thing with more showers never far away, but it was still very warm. It meant that the woods had that beautiful fresh, fragrant woodland smell.
Breagha just loves it here. Obviously she's smelling all sorts of other things, like deer, pheasants, rabbits, all sorts of birds in fact everything a wee cocker could want.
We were keeping a close eye on her today following an incident yesterday. Little Cambo didn't want the rest of his ice-lolly so he was given the OK to give it to Breagha. However, what we didn't expect was for her to gobble the whole thing in a oner - stick and all!
So now we're just waiting and hoping that it passes through in one piece. This is one "lolly" I'm not looking forward to.
