Summer

I can't remember when it has been as sunny as today. We have had rain for the past 3 years I think?
A friend has bought a house that is a bit of a wreck actually. His lawn was waist high in weeds etc..
But he's worked hard to get it mowed & we even played croquet on it today. His house though is another story...a complete wreck.
