In the depths of winter, I really miss the spring and summer and kick myself for not documenting those seasons.

So this year I'm taking pictures with my phone of every wildflower that i come across just to remind me of what I have to look forward to.

This one's the Hawthorn or Maytree.

I wasn't expecting to use this, but I'm really captivated by what the monochrome lends to the shapes and textures.
