Humus
My own personal favourite- Humus with tahini, egg and chickpeas, olive oil lemon and garlic.
This is hand made- so much better than the one found in your local supermarket; fresh and no additives. Therefore it is good only on the same day!
Every Humus maker has his own secret that makes his humus taste different. Making Humus is a serious matter and after trying to make my own for quite a few years- i always end up eating here because it is far better than mine!
The chickpeas are cooked slowly over night and the work of making the humus starts at 4 am. The place stays open untill they finish it all, so usually by 2-3 pm the show is over!
