down by the river

the rowed up hay photo didn't happen as the silly farmer didn't bring his hay in quite as I expected him too. So, I saved my Blip for the little walk we had down by the river. I got some great but boring shots of water and trees and stuff, had a good go at a green reflection and quite liked the results, took loads of photos of the children and dog bumbling around in the water but I'm not allowed to post them as Miss Adolescent was wearing a bikini (and looking envy-inducingly fantastic in it), got a good one of Mr. Spitzimixi a couple of beers to the right of sober but I'm not allowed to post that either (sigh) so, to capture the strong light/shadow contrast of the day and to celebrate my first river paddling of the year: a shot of my wet sandal....I'm the only one in the household who seems to have no problem with my soul being stolen by photographic demons.
