Mmmmm... Lasagna...

I think I turned a corner in my dissertation write up yesterday so I felt relaxed enough to cook with my wife tonight. Nothing too fancy, but I am very much looking forward to our chicken, sun-dried tomato and arugula lasagna with white sauce! It seems like all I've eaten over the past week has been pizza and macaroni and cheese!
