Whitby

On Monday, we stayed a night at Whitby.

Whitby is famous for a few things, most notably being the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula and also for the great explorer Captain James Cook They are rightly proud of this great seafarer and adventurer and have a rather nice monument to him which overlooks the harbour.
