Island

Went for a stroll this morning before work. There was a pair of Lapwings harrying a Crow in the next field and I soon realised there was almost certainly a nest in the crops. Ideally I would have liked to get a blip of the action but didn't have the time to wait for my opportunity to come as I had to get to work. The shape and position of this tree appealed to me. It is an island in the middle of the crops so I would think that it is almost certainly protected.
