A work in progress?

I think summer always causes severe degeneration in style. Especially in the service aimed at the younger crowd who enjoy drinking and socializing.

This is one of the most popular -and central- terraces in town with a lovely view over the rapids of Tammerkoski. There were unfortunately no customers in sight because of the slight chance of rain in the afternoon.

Well, what to say? The decorative plants are pathetically exotic. And I don't even want to think what that hot tub is doing in a public place.
