a seat in the river?

The River Cart flows beside my flat and it could be lovely if folk didn't chuck things in it! Yes that is a sofa in the middle of it...

Although a vibrant area with things to do in the evening (if you're an adult) there's not a lot for teenagers. As a result some like to hang about the unstaffed train station in the evening.
