Having a dust-bath in my runner bean bed?

I have recently put the canes in the ground ready for my runner beans however, Henny-Penny has decided to use the bed as a dust-bath!!

The runner beans are well over a foot tall and ready to plant!! I will have to surround the area with chicken wire as she and the other chickens will enjoy eating my plants!!
