Dandelion

What would I do if I didn't have a garden in which to capture emergency blips? I really should make more of an effort, but work is so busy just now that I'm just not able to take the time to get out and about during the day. Or, if I am out and about, to stop the car and jump out for a shot.

Anyway, good news - seems promising that I've got new tennants for the flat although I won't be popping the Champagne cork until they've signed on the dotted line, preferably in blood. Now registered as a Land(Lady?)lord and paid my dues for that - more money! The sooner I can get an income form this 'investment', the better...
