Teahouse

As I stare at the calendar taped to my desk, I see that this entire week is full of events! Rarely does this happen to little me, so I am very excited. I feel like I can't fit everything into one blip but I will try as the next couple days come around.

I went to the teahouse at another high school in the area. I saw many wonderful acts, including Dave, who is pictured in this blip and is actually from my school. He's so talented and his singing wowed the entire audience. I met him last summer in the oh-so-lovely world history class in summer school. I'm very glad I got to know him though! The girl playing the guitar with him is my friend Cicia who organized the entire teahouse for their school literary magazine. She's also very talented and friendly. I met her at my old church and see her around sometimes nowadays. :) They made a perfect duo as they performed Jason Mraz's "You and I Both."

There are truly so many talents out there, even at fairly young ages. It amazes me!
