Purple Haze

Back to the more mundane today, courtesy of the back yard.

My wife bought this plant a couple of years ago and then proceeded to lose the label. As a consequence, it remains a beautiful plant whose name is a mystery. If anyone recognizes this plant, please let me know its name.

Oh, and I finally managed to get the mowing done.
