This blurry snap does absolutely no justice to the most incredible sky I just saw as I was turning out the kitchen lights to go to bed. It literally took my breath away. I ran for my camera and this is the best I could do before the clouds cleared and the moon came out again.

I adore my flat - I love the huge sash window in the kitchen that allows me to see such an expanse of sky, especially with being quite high up on the top floor.

I bought a very extravagant sofa today which is going to fit perfectly in the living room but I'll be living off generic baked beans and not much else for the next 3 months just to pay for it :)
