Fresh and clean

Today we had intermittent showers, not much, but enough to make us breathe again! A long awaited cold snap brought wind, welcome rain, but also a steep decline in temperatures.

The sun appeared on and off all day long and late this afternoon our part of the world looked clean and fresh.
This view was taken towards where the coast is, about 8 kms away.

This morning J and I agreed that it was time to change to winter sheets and tonight we shall be a bit more cosy and warm.
