Eye patch did the trick

Way back in September I was awarded the bad parent award. I took my daughter for her first eye test and found out that the sight in her left eye was really bad. (I had just assumed that eye tests were done at school). Oops. Poor little thing thought that everyone had blurry vision with their left eye. She thought that eyes worked in the same way as hands i.e. the right one works a treat and the left one not so well. (for right handers).
We took her to the hospital today for a check up and eight months of wearing glasses and an eye patch at breakfast time has done the trick. The sight in her left eye has improved considerably.
