Fresh eggs

Was at a friend's 40th birtday last night. There was a silent auction in aid of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland. We bid the highest for a basket of a dozen fresh eggs (we also got a basket with all sorts of olive oil, chutney, wine etc in it too). Poached eggs for breakfast this morning - delicious. They taste so much better than the shop eggs. Goretex, Eubers and MP coming for dinner tonight. Must go and start cooking and clear the dining room table of all the papers, laptops etc that are currently there!
