Oh how i dream of streamlined granite work surfaces, a shiney smeg fridge and maybe an Aga!

With a breakfast bar and a large picture window.

Maybe an integrated wine rack and luxury of luxuries, a dish washer and room to sit.

Instead i see before me Hells Kitchen with a hole in the ceiling and 40 years of bad wallpapering.

Maybe this time next year it will all be decorated.
