The Clip

Brilliant day Friday. Managed to get away from work at lunchtime and get out on the road bike. 40 Miles with my mate Dave. However, after about 10 miles, Dave hit a lump of wood and was thrown off his bike and I discovered that the cleat on my shoe was loose and wouldn't come out of the clip (although I didn't end up skinning my elbow!) Clips and cleats are great, until they aren't!
