Feeding Time

I opened the front door earlier today to find two little chicks on the doorstep! I spent the rest of the afternoon checking on them and shooing a horrid stalker cat away. They eventually managed to spread their wings enough to make it onto higher ground, and I'm hoping all the hard work of the parents has paid off.
