Sarah's first bowling experience.

After 5 consecutive wet days, Saturday presented our family with some 'cabin fever' issues. We used the last of our entertainment book vouchers ( as it runs out on May 31st ) by having a family bowling outing. It was funny watching Sarah carry even the lightest ball with 2 hands as if it was a big heavy medicine ball and the lift it onto the frame, that helps little people instead of them trying to actually roll it. It was nice to see them helping each other with this although there were occasions when J wanted to be more helpful and Sarah wanted him to be less helpful!
J was only 1 point behind Ewan at the final score. To celebrate we went out for lunch and then on the tram around Christchurch ( thanks Aunty Pat ), including a stop to visit the art gallery. What a busy day!
