Go Beavs!

I earned my master's degree at Oregon State, home of the orange-and-black Beavers. My new supervisor earned her master's there too, a year ahead of me. However, she did her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, home of the Beavs' rivals, the yellow-and-green Ducks. She is a huge Ducks fan and doesn't like to mention that she also attended OSU, so I've been having a good time joking around with her about that. When I learned that her birthday was this weekend, I had fun decorating her office door with as much orange and black as possible. As I knew she would, she took it in good humor and all day, colleagues stopped by to laugh about her "Go Beavs" door.
