Agility Jumps

Although it was raining all morning, hubby & I took the dogs to the PetsWalk, an event put on by our local Humane Society. They had such a good time!

I knew I wanted the BigGirl to try out the agility course, and even though it's not usually her cup of tea, she had a blast doing it. I think it was the motivational treats, but when she finished the last jump and heard me cheering her on, she ran over to me dancing and jumping - as if to say "I did it, mama!"

On the other hand, the Boo (pictured here) loves agility! He does this kind of thing all the time at playgrounds. I was wary of having him do the course because he doesn't like people and I wasn't sure how he would behave with the trainer in the area with him. But he did awesome!! He didn't even bark at her, and he could have jumped these all day long at the highest level. He's always had strong legs and when he goes for walks, he does a running jump into the car. It's just part of the game.
