More Cactus!

Gosh, it was hard work running this morning, I think my legs are beginning to feel it at much as my breathing! Oh well, tomorrow will be a rest day from the gym!

Today we headed out to the Desert Botanical Gardens.

It was fab, wandering around the plants of the desert and watching all the critters from squirrels, to quail to road runners to lizards and much more. There were plenty of cactus, so I thought I'd blip some! It was great, my military ID got me in for free as it is Memorial weekend!

Afterwards as it was soooo hot we hit a mall for a short while and Borders to cool down before heading to grab a bite to eat then back to the appt.

Chilled all evening!
