The black lobster needs punctuation!

We went to see a band play in the Black Lobster in Salem. It was really nice, an outdoor bar right by the waterfront. On the way out, after a couple of beers this sign was hilarious. Is it an order, a statement, a suggestion or a selling point? We're not sure, though I think it's something a comma could sort out.
