Dr No?

We were driving along a straight road through the volcanoes and came across this scene. Extremely sinister under a darkening sky and the sound of a slavering dog in the background. We *think* these must be used in some of the festivals but if not, then the only explanation is something resembling the dragon tank scene in Dr No. Too frightening.
