Flat hunting

Today was largely taken up with accompanying my daughter on a flat viewing expedition.

First time buyer and, in this day and age, it's a lot of dosh for her to have to find on a single graduate's salary. Still, she's weighing that up with the daily M8 commute, which I am very familiar with myself.

We had four to see today, which resulted in a couple of 'no's and a couple of 'hmmm, interesting's. Early days tho', just getting an idea of what to expect for the price.

So we'll see.
