Bye Bye Beautiful

I don't know if I ever see this beauty again.

The most beautiful pine tree in the vicinity of our summer cottage.

If only it did not made his home just where he stands now - a few meters too close to our summer cottage. It's too risky tree to exist in a thunderstorm.

And yes, a lightning struck to a nearby tree just a few years ago breaking most of our electricity. Lucky us that it did not light a fire. After that incident the tree has been on the list of trees to be chopped.
