Christmas lights and slow shutter speed

Figured out how to mess with the shutter speed. What fun!
Does this count as the light and shadow assignment?
(No, I don't have the Christmas lights up yet. I bought some that twinkle and had them in my office. Since I figured the shutter speed timing out, I thought I'd mess with them, lots of light!
