semi-photoshoot session.

First-ever semi-photoshoot session ever? I think so!
(As sad/unfortunate as it is, I have never been on a legitimate photoshoot before, in both the photographer and the model respects. Definitely on my to-do list for summer 2010?!)

We got out early from school -- it was a half-day for us -- so Jillian (pictured up front) and I decided to take advantage of the time we got to gather a few friends and walk to a park that's about a mile from school to just hang...or, in Jillian and my case, be ameteur photography geeks.
It was unfortunate that my baby died in the middle of it all, though; there was so much more to take pictures of the rest of the day! ):
Nevertheless, I'm quite happy with the shots I came up with. I chose this one out of the rest because one: it has the most number of people actually POSING in it, and two: it somewhat represents how much closer I got to know these lovely freshmen girls over the year -- a reflection on my sophomore year, perhaps? What perfect timing..!
