For years now I've wanted to go to Don Zver's Pottery Studio in Troy, Ontario.
Today we finally did it. He also has an amazing Cafe where, as you can see all his pottery is used. The food was absolutely spot on!! I had a Four Onion French Onion Soup, a Tuscan Chicken Wrap with grilled marinated chicken breast slices, artichoke hearts and plum tomatoes wrapped in a tortilla shell with basil mayonnaise. John had the same soup as i did and a Chicken Phyllo Pillow which he absolutely loved. Even the coffee was extra special. We shared a Maple Creme Brule for dessert....it was the best ever!! It's now 8:30 pm and we still aren't wanting dinner.....maybe I'll have an apple at bed time:)

btw....his pottery studio is also quite amazing....

We'll go back for sure:)
