Happy Birthday!!

This is the most delicious ice cream cake I have ever eaten. It has cookies 'n cream ice cream, chocolate cake, dark chocolate fudge frosting, dark chocolate fudge swirls, white chocolate drizzle and chocolate curls. Sooo decadent!! It was for my grandma's 79th bday. She has various health issues that we know won't get any better. It's a tough situation to come to terms with.
