Des Couilles du Pape!!

Could hardly believe the name of this jam, but here it is for all to see! The explanation on the label is as follows. A rather effeminate man was chosen to be the next pope but there were concerns as to whether or not he was a man. He was made to sit on a wooden 'throne' which had a large hole in the seat. The man given the task of inspecting him is said to have said"what a fine pair he has, they are just like my figs" !! So, this jam was born....The Popes Balls!
