Open Top Cusss

A rare and wonderful thing for me. An English bank Holiday and I don't have to work.

So we took full advantage and went down to Lytham to check out a new tapas bar...and we weren't disappointed. Excellent Mojitos

On the way home, instead of our usual single decker, we boarded this one that runs every Sun (and Mon BH's) in the "Summer"

Now they may be a relic of our past and it's years since I had been on one but any nostalgic thoughts were soon dispelled as we juddered along the road. It was so uncomfortable! I'm not surprised so many older folk have arthritic hips!...and it doesn't help if you "need to pay a visit" either!
