Waiting to be fired....

By the time I had plucked up courage to ask the potter if he minded me taking a photo or two, he'd finished using his wheel so I didn't get a chance to take a "Ghost" like picture. Instead, his craft work, waiting patiently in the slips, before being fired in the kiln, caught my eye.

The potter in question is Robert Goldsmith who's studio, The Selbourne Pottery, is nearby to Glbert White's House (the 18th century naturalist).
