Swimming

This afternoon Kerr and I went for a swim. He hadn't been in the pool since his last Water Babies class a few weeks ago, when we decided not to go back due to him being upset every week. Today's swim was much better - Kerr really enjoyed himself and happily allowed me to dunk him under the water.

Kerr had quiche for the first time today, and loved it. He had a quarter of a large quiche. It's so much easier now that he is able to eat more of what we are having and I don't have to cook so many different things for him. However, I did make him 15 portions of carrot, cheese and tomato risotto today, and am currently making a large batch of 'old fashioned beef casserole' just to keep the freezer stocked up a bit.

Kerrsdaddy is getting ready for his hospital visit tomorrow, and is planning on having a large supper tonight, as it will be the last food or drink he gets until tomorrow evening after his op.
